About me
I have run workshops, given talks and worked with people 1:1 for over 25 years.
In my journey of growth I founded Academy that brought the spiritual and psychotherapeutic together, I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, psychologist, and a registered and senior accredited psychotherapist. I have given over 20 presentations at international conferences.
Formerly I was a: basketball coach, manager in advertising, graphic-designer, gardener (including for a great musician) and Gold Medal winner in basketball at the Australian Masters/Seniors games - the fun never stops.
I have experienced various paths of education: from my grandma encouraging me to walk my own path and not just follow leaders, to an apprenticeship in advertising, to a Masters of Science in Psychology (or rather: Arts - its debatable!). I've studied Krishnamurti and Advaita Vedanta, and later at University involved myself in inter-religious dialogue and messages of Buddhism and Christianity. -
Worked at Japanese and Fashion Advertising Agencies, Universities (e.g. London Metropolitan University and Regents University), Colleges and some Gardens of Mind, Spirit and Nature!.
As a holistic practitioner for mind-body-spirit wellbeing my focus is: the unfolding of our true potential, staying awake, raising awareness of our self-responsibility, holistic communication, authenticity, and the connection to: each other, the world and ourselves.
My presentation-style is interactive, uniting, practical, relatable and inspiring.
